I hired a trainer a few years back to help me lose weight. Once that was accomplished, I decided that I wanted to help others to achieve their weight loss goals. I am a NASM certified personal trainer, ACE certified group fitness instructor, and P90X certified instructor. I am presently pursuing a degree in Exercise Science for additional knowledge.
Services
Live Training
Personal training is performed at my place of business. Each session includes a warm-up, full-body conditioning exercises, and a cool-down.
Nutrition
Nutrition training includes daily check-ins with the My Fitness Pal app. Once per week, we will review nutrition goals, accomplishments, and setbacks over a Zoom call.
Online Training
Online training is performed on the Zoom platform for check-ins. Each session includes a review of progress from the previous week, suggested exercises and goals for the next week.

My name is Tina and I am a 45 year old female who wanted to share with you my weight loss journey. I started my journey in November of 2018 weighing 185 lbs. I have finally made it to my weight loss goal of 124 lbs. this year. I chose to take baby steps with starting off my weight loss journey. My first thing was to give up my daily intake of pop and started to drink water , my next thing was starting to change my eating habits with eating more healthy foods. (for example: eating more protein and vegetables and less processed foods). I do allow myself one cheat meal a week which really helps me out because on that day i allow my self a junk food meal. Along with eating right i also work out. My workout consisted of going to the gym and doing cardio for 30 minutes to an hour 3-4 times a week. I also do a 30 minute session of P90X with Al one day a week and I also do a 30 minute bootcamp once a week with him as well. While the gyms were closed during the pandemic I continued to do my P90X and also bootcamp but also have taken up walking for up to an hour a day. I don't like to refer to this as a diet on my journey but a lifestyle change. I am currently done with losing weight and have now begun to maintain my current weight.
